The Challenge + Solution -

Windsor Creative was tasked with creating both the name and image of a yet-to-be-built commercial district in the heart of Amherstburg, Ontario. The twist was ensuring that the design stayed true to the historic ties of the buildings and community and that it bridged the gap between the historic and the modern.

We named it "The Anchor District", and developed both the branding/graphic design and the previsualization assets for the development. When we deployed our marketing strategy it resulted in hundreds of thousands of impressions, cementing both the concept of, and excitement for, "The Anchor District" in the hearts and minds of residents across Windsor/Essex County.
